The image that shows the theme of the congress Univ 2011 (Freedom Living Decisively) is characterized by two very simple: the waves and wind in the background and a person on a windsurfer in the foreground.
The concept of freedom that we want to convey with this picture is that each of us thanks to their intelligence and will lead his windsurf sail towards a goal, with a clear target and depending on the particular content which is represented in this case, the ocean.
The two elements: the wave and wind, first shown at the bottom semi-circular and the second at the top, representing the inner and outer circumstances that everyone encounters during his life, becoming an integral and mark the path that runs to reach the goal.

These two factors push the sail with different rhythms and intensities, and here comes into play the man with the intelligence and physical strength. He who has coached knows what posture to take, and how to direct its sailing, the wind is able to find appropriate and right to ride the waves that will lead to the goal, aware however, that these two elements do not always allow him to achieve the goal provost.
Considering that it was not possible to exhaust all the aspects involving the concept of freedom, sounded like a good metaphor of surfing to explain the theme of this year, because it contains many graphic images that have been used over the years to explain this term: the sea, the movement, the hands pointing to a path , the wind and so on.
The proposed theme for this year UNIV has the intent to open a dialogue with those who have misconceptions about freedom or reduced, such as: activism, libertinism or dictatorship. With the 'image that we propose as a logo, we would like to explain how the concept of freedom is linked to the movement, but not limited to mere activism, but requires guidance, reflection, objectives and training by those who want to reach the goal. The image of windsurfing, also invited to enjoy the journey and the freedom to live as an interesting challenge.
